Moving Programs to a New Computer
Both PC the old one is XP new one would be Sys 7 or 8. Don't want to loose programs, no data involved. Bob

That could be a problem... Some programs that work on XP will not work on Win 7/8 with out upgrades. Even Microsoft programs may require the purchase of a new version to operate. You may want to contact the authors of the existing software to see what they say and/or download a copy of a program from Microsoft that will advise you as to what programs you have that will need attention.
