MSW Interter: are the two sockets independent?

I have an el cheapo "300 Watt" MSW inverter. I want to run an ac wire to my main TV. Got to wondering if typically manufacturers just jumper the two sockets on the inverter together or are the paralle...

Hi wa8,

Sunforce makes a 1000 watt inverter with no breaker--but each outlet can only do 500 watts. A bit of a swindle, in my opinion.
