Did you ever work in a cal lab? I did. With today's electronics, there isn't much difference between a 3 ,3 1/2, or 4 digit multimeter especially when all you are going to do is measure battery voltage and continuity.
The only reason I have a good Fluke is because the price was right. Otherwise a Craftsman meter will work fine for rv use.
