My Tailgater Continues to Amaze Me!!

Mine quit and somehow the guy online from King Controls, the manufacturer, determined that one of the motors was bad. I live about 30 miles away from them. I picked up the upgraded motors, they sold me both, and they explained how to install them myself. Very good customer service. I would call them back and see if you get a different tech that can be more helpful.
