Need a program to look for duplicate folders and files

need a program for win8, too search specific external hard drives for duplicate video folders and files NOT just duplicate names, must be duplicate match of all data and files per folder so i ca...

Tough question... Lots of old hits on this in Google but not much recently. Seems there's only one commercial program thats still being produced for Windows.

Want to see if anyone else has suggestions.
