Need DVD player recommendation

Thanks for the reply. I was wondering if the DVD was also an amp of some kind because there is no other amp/tuner. It has not worked since we have owned it. Since the MH had the optional home theater system of the day, the majority of the wiring all leads to that DVD player in a pretty fat harness.

Edit: I went out and took a pic of the wiring at the back of the player, and it does not appear to be an amplifier.....
