NOD32 will require you to do an explicit path c:\temp\*.*
The simple solution is to wait for the file to be detected, and choose Ignore (or whatever the equivalent is) when it wants to Clean/Quarantine/Delete it. I do not recall seeing an AV package that will not let you do this. When you choose Ignore in many cases it puts in a wildcard exclusion for the signature of the file (not the name), this way if the file pops up in another location, it is still OK, or if you rename it from file.exe to file.doc it is still OK.
The bigger concern is why? If you have a file that is a false positive, you should submit it to the AV vendor so they can correct it. If you are playing with virus's or malware, unless you are trained in network security, or a high school gamer :) I would be extremely careful, you are playing with fire.
