With a couple of exceptions, an Apple Macbook Air would be ideal- running Windows 7 either dual-booting or via a virtual machine. The exceptions to your requirements are the 1tb of storage- you can get 512gb of storage in solid state drive on the air, but I don't know of a 1tb flash drive. It also does not have a DVD drive- but those are going the way of the floppy anyway.
