I am sorry that I didn't make myself clear on that issue. Also I want to reload my MS Office software and a few other programs that I own on the new computer. They are all on CD's or DVD's.

You can still order a Lenova 230 series laptop with Win 7 with DVD drive and maybe 750 GB drive. It has a 12.5 inch screen. You can also order a Toshiba Protégé 13.3 in. with Win 7 and DVD.
Either would run you a little over $1K depending on which processor and how much memory you want.
