Need to replace the bat wing antenna

My bat wing antenna has been damaged beyond repair. What do you recommend for a replacement?
  • X 3 or so on replacing with the Batwing. You are getting the same answers on the Tiffin Forum as well. Some broadcasters are also in the process of moving back to the VHF frequencies and those that do will cripple the smaller Jack style antenna.

There was nothing worng with my old batwing, I just wanted better reception in the boonies - and I got it.
It works so good I'm considering getting one for my sticks and bricks and ditching cable..

Then there was something WRONG with your old Batwing since there is no way a Jack is superior to a Batwing for reception.

and you better hurry before Photobucket ruins this report.

    Batwing vs. Jack

The Batwing is far and away the better of any antenna in RV service. Anyone suggests different, ask them to prove it. Anyone that's ever said a Jack outperforms a Batwing, has a broken Batwing. These numbers don't lie

  • A new bat wing .. still the most distance reception, when property aimed, as Any
