My wife and I both have aging Samsung Verizon S-7 Cell Phones that after several years, the batteries are are starting to degrade rapidly.. Time for new phones?? Before I visit any Verizon, Costco or...

On EDIT:
After watching a video on battery being replaced......take it some where to have it done
OR buy new phone
Have to score the glue all around case then forcefully spit the two halves
Remove 12 TINY screws
Remove top bracket
Remove bottom bracket
Remove center cover
Unplug the battery
Then using a metal shim forcefully remove battery while scoring the glue holding battery in
**that took the 'tech' over 8 minutes
New battery IN/plugged in
Center cover
Bottom cover
Top cover
Install those 12 tiny screws
Adhesive on back cover...then place/snap into frame
Scotch tape the two halves and let sit
**that took 'tech' about 3 1/2 minutes
What a PITA!!!
