We bought new S10's a year ago. We were considering IPhone 11's. The sales nerd (and he was an extreme phone nerd) talked us out of it. He explained if Android phones and devices were all we knew and all we owned, we would find an IPhone "frustrating". The young man explained he owns an Android phone and an IPhone so he's familiar with both and could be more helpful to customers. Verizon ought to be proud of him.
