The point is Sams Club stated a delivery window, a wide one at that, then missed. I was in no hurry.
I didn't want a new laptop sitting out on the porch in 100 degree summer rain or getting stolen.
If they had stated a possible Saturday delivery, I would have had it sent to the in laws or someone else.
They were not helpful in addressing THEIR mistake. Almost every internet entity I use these days is way better, even small mom and pop websites.
I posted so that someone MIGHT benefit from knowing Sams Club does not have a finely tuned internet sales machine.
Sheesh. I really don't get all the negative, nit picking comments that imply this somehow MY fault or that I am expecting too much.
