Actually I don't. But was totally surprised and pleased with my recent Directv experience. Appt was for 8:00-10:00. Pulled up at 8:00, knowledgable, polite, fast. Gave me his cell if I ever needed anything. Gone by 9:30.

As far as the negative comments, call me old fashioned but these forums are supposed to be constructive informative vehicles for information. Not hang outs for barking dogs who snap at people walking by.
