New much better speakers not much better, help

I havent done anything with my camper speakers yet because I rarely listen to it. I prefer portable speakers.

BUT, it sure sounds to me that the wires are NOT hooked up correctly. Meaning the + to the + on the speakers and headunit. When this happens, the speaker fires backwards and the bass is greatly reduced.

Might be something to check into on yours. One speaker wired wrong, will make the entire system sound terrible.
