New much better speakers not much better, help

This is the head unit.

That head unit has sub-woofer outputs. The factory default settings have the sub-woofer outputs enabled. That routes everything below 150Hz to the sub-woofer output instead of the main amplifier. Make sure you go into the Audio Setup and turn off the sub-woofer since you don't have one. That will route the sub-150Hz back to the main amp and you installed speakers.
