New Travel Trailer, help me understand my satellite options

First time camper, bought an 18' travel trailer. Have absolutely no clue what my options are for satellite TV. Google just brings up a million things that are very confusing with options from $50 - ...

We have the Dish pay as you go plan. Dish has a plan they do not advertise. It is the "Welcome" package. You get local channels plus 40 other channels for $19.99 per mo. that is what we use. You have to ask for it
