Newbie router help, session timing, linksys users here?

No setting for router Admin page refresh rate here, bummer. I also use firefox but could not find instructions on how to use the extension secure login. If you right click on the extension and choose "help" it takes you to a page with no mention of secure login extensionhttps://www.abine.com/support.html

The secure login extension page https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/secure-login/ takes you to the developers page with no mention of it either https://blueimp.net/
