Using a MIFI is no different then using your cell phone. It has a phone number just like your cell. so how are they gonna tell the difference between a cell phone and the jetpack??? Many folks use their cell phones as the MiFi device too.... I think they got confused in the difference of a Router and a MiFi device, two different animals. I could maybe see a router confusing their wifi. Besides I don't believe for a minute you would be interrupting their wifi. At my home I can bring up no less then 5 other wifi's from my neighbors routers that I could connect to if they weren't password protected...
