We've had the same issue after an extended drive over EXTREMELY rough roads.
We ran a coax direct from the batwing to the TV and everything works fine. We checked all visible connections and they are good. Most likely one of the cables in the wall that attaches to the Sensor Pro came off while on the really rough road.
