I called CW in La Mirada CA as we are going that way in a couple weeks for a quote on this tracbar. I spoke with Joesheph and gave the info, he quoted me a different price as well bit when I told him it was in the circular as 629.99 he matched it, and then said $55 shipping, but when I said that was $9 in the circular he said ok, if we advertise it that is the price. I gave him my cc and made arrangements for install. He did exactly what I would expect and I congratulate him and his store for professionalism. As it happened I got a call from the manager of the Las Vegas Store later that day, and he wanted to know the details of the issue. I explained I made arrangements with another store and told him the details, he also said the shipping was internet only and did not apply as listed in the circular. I told him if Walmart sends me a flyer in the mail I expect the store I go to listed on the circular will honor whatever is listed in it, and he did agree that was a true statement. I asked if he was an independent store and he said no, part of the same company.. so with that I told him this was twice now his store was unable to service me right and I would give it one more change in the future and he should evaluate his store. This was because I live here and would like to be able to trust this place. Seriously, if Camping World had an internet only special they would email me with it, not send a multi page circular with retail stores where to go to purchase listed on it! Marcus, I really do not need a job but if you want someone to fix that store email me and we can talk. I have many years in retail, customer service, automotive repair background and more. I am only interested because it seems like a real challenge to fix it, and I like a challenge..plus I probably get to fire a few people!
