Ok, help me understand he lingo here. When I talk about de-activate and activate I am speaking of turning off and on the signal (this is so they can charge me. I do not pay for the time once it is "de-activated"). So it does not receive a signal when it is not activated. What I will try to do on our next outing is as recommended is hook up the receiver and Carryout then call for activation. :)
