Again, assuming the receiver was not used at all since the last time it was working properly with your Carryout then you don't need to do anything other than make the proper connections, turn on the receiver for a few minutes and then power up the Carryout. Once the antenna locks on you call Dish and have them re-activate the receiver and you should be watching TV in a few minutes. If you do a check switch in there somewhere it's going to be a **** shoot but in most case you are just shooting yourself in the foot.
