To Whom It May Concern:
I’m writing about a recent ordered I place with your company several weeks ago (ref number 1517931) on June 7th. I have not heard a word from your company since the initial order so I decided to call to inquire about the order status. As such, when calling on June 20th I was very disappointed to learn the majority of the items did not ship. I was informed the issue was the result of your new system in place and orders were being delayed. It should be noted this was not disclosed to me at the time of my order. It should be further noted, my order has items that were going to be used to prepare our RV for a long trip with our children. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and concern for your customers. This has now put stress and strain on our family vacation that wasn’t necessary as a result of Camping World and their lack of communication and customer service. I would expect higher standards from any profit driven company, especially one in the “busy” season of camping.
In conclusion, my disappointment will now force me to purchase my camping items on Amazon that will result in faster and better customer service. I would also suggest to my fellow campers to do the same. The lack of communication and customer service is not acceptable, regardless of the excuses. I’m now faced with the stress due to your lack of accountability in performing your role as a business.
