New Motto and Logo:
If it's broke, pretend to fix it!
Sneering Sam with horns!
There was a time when online ordering worked fine. I used it a lot at that time.
Since Amazon, that is my go to place for almost everything RV, with an occasional rare Wally World visit.
This organization is positioned to be the RV'rs elite premier resource network for everything RV due to their nationwide facilities.
Instead they continue to suffer self-inflicted wounds through every means possible. It's like, look at me Self-destructing.
They have made superficial attempts to stop the flow temporarily, but until they take drastic measures and operate on their systemic failure; self-destruction will continue.
I would like to be able to say, I drove 80 miles for CW to fix a problem. However, I just drove 80 miles in the opposite direction to have a single owner company fix the problem. They have a great reputation, and came highly recommended. They lived up to it with quality workmanship and customer service.
What a waste of potential.
All that, they will most likely be around for a long time. Folks just don't do enough research prior to doing business. Then they come to their forum and whine about the problem. When it's been fairly evident for awhile how bad some locations and online issues fester. A little research would have prevented a lot of stress and aggravation. There are CW locations that appear to be customer oriented and competent. When traveling I don't have the time or desire to attempt to find them. Then if a followup issue occurs down the road can they be trusted to honor the work at the previous location. I thinks not, generally speaking. End of Lecture. LOL.
I wish they were gooooooooooooood. I would like them to be greattttttttt!
Oh well, maybe, next lifetime.
