Online purchase problem

We ordered 7 LED interior lights online on 4/20. It took until yesterday to get a return email letting us know the lights have been shipped. I tried the "Check Order Status" to try and get a tracking number and potential delivery date but inputting the order number, last name and zip code does not work.

You might want to get that fixed

  • UNBELIEVABLE !!!! Within minutes of sending the order information to Mark at Customer Service I received a phone call from their office. The problem with my being unable to track my order was that the product was shipped (yesterday) directly from the manufacturer. Prior to calling me the customer service rep had already called the manufacturer on my behalf however they had already closed for the day.

    There's no shortage of critics of Camping World but I have never had such fast and efficient handling of a customer inquiry. Nice work, Camping World Customer Service

    The problem is that your "check order status" page seems to be broken.
