Update, another item ordered, quantity 3, only 1 shipped. No email indicating a partial ship and items on back order. Bouncing between CW and Dyers resulted in multiple shipping charges because we couldn't get everything we needed in one order.
My wife called customer service and spoke to a very pleasant lady, Katherine. She went out of her way to make things right. Still something needs to be done regarding the website and actual inventory, bet there's an app for that.
