I'll play devil's advocate and say it's NOT an OTA problem. I have Time Warner Cable at home and have experienced serious digital degradation during the last 3 races. At points the image would freeze completely for minutes at a time. I was able to go out to the trailer and watch the race OTA with only minor digital glitches.
