Outside Radio

We have just purchased a 2016 Bounder 35K and are in awe of it. When we took possession, the outside radio worked well, although a bit quiet, but livable. We are now camped out and visiting the grands, tried to show them the "wow" factor, but all I got on the radio was a LOUD SHRILL..on all bands, even tried a CD. Has anyone else witnessed this? Am I missing a switch? I know this is not rocket science, but I am flabbergasted..and at a loss as to why this is happening. This is a learning process for us, with all the electronic wizardry..as we tried to use the outside TV and it shut down the inside surround sound system...did not know they SYNC. Now that we are on cable, no problem-maybe I should leave the SYNC off.
  • I know there was a non-intuitive setting in my radio that I had to set to make it work - something about MIC IIRC.

My unit has a remote so I can control the volume from outside.
  • That's the new style of music; I really don't like it much. The kids get off on it, though.
