I have learned that just because a company has an item on sale/discount/clearance, doesn't mean someone else doesn't have it cheaper at their regular price. That includes Amazon.

I find that especially true with RV stuff - prices go all over the place. So, before I buy, I tend to look at several places online first.

Any RV store is going to be higher price than just about any other store.

I think the point the OP is trying to make is, if you shop around you can buy things you need at a lower price. Not every store has the same price for the same item.

Every business is free to set a price. Pay it or do not pa it. It is the free enterprise system or write your congressman and have him sponsor a bill to force all retailers to offer all products for the exact same price.
