PAYG on line account?? Bill.Satellite please respond

Just noticed that I can no longer log on to my Dish account-says password and name don't match !
Is this a common problem after being inactive for a few months?
I am going to restart service end of Jan/14
Do I have to phone in or is there a solution to getting my acc active again on line

  • Bill is not a Dish rep, but is associated with DirecTV.
    To answer your question, call Dish Network and ask them!
  • Not common. Use the "forgot password or user name" and they will reset it for you. First double check to be sure caps are correctly used Or that number lock is not on. Those are most often reasons passwords stop working
  • I am not affiliated with Dish or DirecTV so I can't really be of any help here. Sorry.
  • This is a normal occurrence for the MY DISH website when you go inactive over 90 days. Just go in and re-register using your DISH Account number or phone number. Your previous information will still be there including any account balances.

    -however the site keeps coming up -must phone dish to get going again??

  • Your problem seems deeper than the norm. I could log on, the account was inactive, so they disconnnected all service, including web account access. I called them and reactivated. Done. Could use web account through the summer. It is still available.

    Call them.
