The customer should be made whole and the error and lost monies caused by the flawed description should be worked out between CW and the supplier of the part or description. I believe this return is CW responsibility to the customer. CW is the direct link to the customer and the product description.
That is customer service.
You have it right. And in a case such as this, Amazon would indeed eat the loss. Like you said. That's customer service.
