I wasn't sure where to post it, but yes that does sound like a better place. I was hoping for some resolution with a customer service Representative and not to be harassed by fellow users, trying to prove me as the one who is wrong with out knowing what happened. I have been buying online for the last 15 years and have never had a problem returning a product or exchanging it or a full refund. I get that I might in some cases depending on the reason have to pay shipping back but never 3 times. Consumers can return products for many reasons, the point being i wasn't happy with the product. To answer the question asked earlier, I did in fact measure it. Ordered what I thought would fit the best; and maybe mine is in between listed sizes. I in fact got it on but had to really fight with it, and it looked like it would probably get damage very quickly being stretched so tight. The other AC has the solar panel on top and I figured the sharp edges on it would end up destroying very quickly. The next cover size up in length is almost 4 inches longer but I hope with the draw sting it will work out.
