The last 2 PCs I built (one for gaming/video & photo editing, 2nd general use) I bought Patriot brand. The sticks I put in the gaming PC (8gb total) were specifically made for gaming PCs. I've never had a single issue with them and still use the gaming PC today as my main box, 8 years later.
