I used it for quite a while and have had good results. I've only had one aberant website pop up that I had to do a maintenance scan to eliminate. If someone knows better, correct me. I think they have a list of "good" executible files and what their byte count should be. If it's not on the list and had the correct count, it doesn't let it run.
