Photo downloading and munipulation?
Purchased a new HP laptop with windows 10 and need to find a program for downloading photos from SD card and manipulating them. What would you suggest?

For transferring them, just copy and paste to pictures folder.
For editing program, what do you want to do with them?
Free, or paid?
Wish it to be free. Send to friend also. Not very comfortable with difficult things.
