Possible? Downgrade a windows 10 to make it a windows 7

Looking for a windows 7 (pro) laptop. Best Buy guy said that I could always select a Windows 10 laptop and have them downgrade it to a windows 7 pro. I have heard that it's possible to make a Wind...

January 2020 but might be extended beyond that. MS extended XP support until 2019 although haven't been to public about that.
