Possible? Downgrade a windows 10 to make it a windows 7

Looking for a windows 7 (pro) laptop. Best Buy guy said that I could always select a Windows 10 laptop and have them downgrade it to a windows 7 pro. I have heard that it's possible to make a Wind...

Looks like you need to be on ONE DRIVE to be using the cloud it says... I see no reference to ONE DRIVE here on anything I got going on WIN10...

I guess I am not in the CLOUD...
