Possible to daisy chain bluetooth speakers on auto-stereo?

our tt came with a Jensen car audio type stereo, which is bluetooth capable I have never had a reason to use bluetooth, knowingly.., so I am wondering if one is able to daisy-chain more than 1 speake...

The only practical way I can think of connecting "2" separate Bluetooth (BT) speakers is by using a BT splitter such as this $17. Wireless Bluetooth 4.0 Music Transmitter. It basically uses multiple transmitters.
