My site is on blogger (blogspot) and I can use any text editor or word processor to write off line and then cut and paste onto the blog site's editor. If I am adding photos, I do that on the site's editor after the writing off line and place them exactly where I want them. This is the simplest way that I have found to do this whether from my PC, my phone, or my tablet.
