Sorry to hear you could not resolve the issue. At least it sounds like it's old enough that you got a pretty good value for your dollar. I think I paid a bit over $100 for the MBR95 but there are also several other units that can give you campground wifi at a longer range (MBR1400 if I recall correctly) but so far I have been very happy with my 95.
