Problems with Genesis 3.0 audio system

This relates to my thread on poor FM reception. A gentleman on the Rockwood forum said he had the same problem with his Genesis 3.0 audio controller - no Wx stations, poor AM/FM reception.
So, anyone else in here using a Genesis? What is your experience? Any solutions?

I have not been successful in using the SD/USB slots on the 3.0 unit.  The dealer has replaced two units and is waiting for the third replacement unit.  I am having suspicions the cabling is not correct.  Genesis has not been helpful to me in our brief discussions.  If anyone has experienced this issue, please post any information which will be of assistance in diagnosing this issue.  Regarding the radio reception, I have not experienced this condition.

In your reply about your Genesis you said you haven't had a radio problem. Does your unit receive NOAA weather channel broadcasts clearly?Thanks,Teach
