To make sure I understand all the connections to the ASL-1, during the alignment process the P/I is connected through "DC Power In", the signal meter is connected to "101 alignment" and the "+18V out" and "119 Skew" ports are unused. Correct?
Normally, the satellite receiver would be downstream of the P/I on the cable providing the power into the ASL-1. Are your comments about making sure it isn't connected due to concerns about its safety or just because it can't work with the ASL-1 in the circuit?
