It would be helpful if you tell us what model LCD TV and Jensen you have?
First, make sure the output is working on the TV? Connect a pair of headphones and check.
In any case, the most obvious question is that are you selecting the correct input source on the Jensen? But the core issue is likely that the Jensen wants a line-level input, while the output on the TV is a much lower headphone level impedance. Also, the headphone voltage level is lower.
They do make wireless Bluetooth adapters for headphones out(transmitter) to stereo line-in(receiver). But remember you'll need both transmitter/receiver. This would also allow you to play music from a tablet or smartphone w/Bluetooth through your Jensen.
