It did help the Winegard batwing wingman w/ amp pull in a couple channels (and their subchannels). We are across town from the towers and the RV antenna was flat down on roof under a close aluminum roof so not ideal test yet.
I pulled out a coat hanger 4 bowtie antenna and the amp let it pick up two extra stations, and the same for a 4 fractal antenna I made up. The fractal did better than the bowtie, picking up nearly all the stations in town. I should bring these homemade ones on our next outing and do a three way smackdown.
MNTundra, what gain setting should I use on the RS amp when hooked to the RV setup?
