The first place to check for issues with a Batwing antenna is up on the roof. Disconnect the coax from the head of the Batwing (Sensar) and, using a voltmeter, check for good 12+VDC in the coax itself. Verify that the end connector is not corroded as well and if it is replace it.
If you don't have the same 12-13V at the head that you have inside the coach then you have a bad cable or connector between the power supply and the head or the power supply itself needs replacing (check the power supply output (labeled Antenna if necessary).
Proper operation of the Batwing requires good power.
