Adding a Wingman to your Sensar III will make it a Sensar IV so there is no need to replace the head.
The Sensar amplifies the signal with an amp in the head so the wall plate inside your coach is not a booster (or amp) but just the 12V power supply required to turn on that amp.
The Sensar pro is an in line amp and can add up to 10db gain for better reception. It does require a slightly larger hole for installation but otherwise it's simply a wire-for-wire replacement that anyone can handle.
