Adding a Wingman to your Sensar III will make it a Sensar IV so there is no need to replace the head.
The Sensar amplifies the signal with an amp in the head so the wall plate inside your coach is not a booster (or amp) but just the 12V power supply required to turn on that amp.
The Sensar pro is an in line amp and can add up to 10db gain for better reception. It does require a slightly larger hole for installation but otherwise it's simply a wire-for-wire replacement that anyone can handle.
It seemed to me that the winegard press release represented that the Sensar IV head itself took on an improved design to work better with the wingman. The wingman is permanenty affixed and I thought that this could make some difference and is why they said it was improved. I understand that the wall plate is not an amp itself and exactly how the power is transmitted to the head and amplified there-I was looking for confirmation that the SensarPro was NOT improving on that amp and was both the power supply for that as well as a standalone inline amp itself...
