I received the Mobley and called the Connected Car number. I was on hold for maybe 1 minute before I got a rep. The total call was 30 minutes and it is up and running fine. Maybe having an AT&T account with our phones cut down on the setup time. They did wave the $25 fee and added it to our account as a new line for $20 a month. It was really much easier than I thought it would be.
Now a question. The one I received shows a software level of 1.0.0 and it appears from some other post it should be 1.0.1. How would I update this? I did go into the setup to change the password but did not find anywhere in there to force a software update. The maximum timeout I could set it to was 2 hours. I am ordering an AC adapter for it now and would like to update if possible once I get that so I don't have to sit in my truck dealing with it.
