It is necessary to delete the app from one device and then install it on the other to be able to move it from one device to another. What they don't tell you is that you can only do this a limited number of times before it will not allow you to do this anymore. I learned this from their support forum. Not really right since we have paid for the app and most other paid apps have no problem running on more than one device as long as you bought the app.
I am also not sure how to buy it a second time for a second device other than logging into the Itunes app store with another ID. You might try to get an answer on how to do this on their support forum without having to have a second Itunes account. Not sure if you will get much tech response over the weekend but another user may give you the answer over there.
